Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Delivery times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage. Shipping options and turnarounds are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given. Orders which are returned to us due to the customer not being able to accept delivery at the given address will be subject to another delivery cost to be borne by the customer. Very occasionally delays occur which are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays after orders have left us.

All deliveries must be signed for, due to this we are unable to pass on instructions to the courier such as 'leave in shed', etc.

Orders paid for via Paypal can only be delivered to the confirmed address provided to us by Paypal.
